vwl
At Dabeagle.com and elsewhere is A Good Place by the excellent author Mark Peters. Highly recommended: http://dabeagle.com/storymainpages/agp.html Link to comment
Nick Deverill
I'm sure Dabeagle will catch up, but at the moment, there are three more chapters on the author's pages here: http://ponyboysplace.wordpress.com/my-stories/a-good-place/ Perhaps with the pending finishing of The Mardi Gras murders, we'll see some more chapters posted. dude
Well thanks, to the two of you for diverting readers from the AD Site. I guess I'll not have to bring the story here. (pout, pout) LOL Link to comment
vwl
Mark Peters is a good addition to AD. Link to comment
dude
Mark Peters IS an AD Author... We are currently serializing his Mardi Gras Murders... and have posted his novel Beyond Salvation, and Short Stories The Boy on the Corner and The Baxter Boys in 2014. I had hoped to start posting A Good Place about mid-January. Mike Link to comment
Guest Dabeagle
A Good Place is the last in a set of stories - the original being 'After We Danced' and followed up by 'Thompsonville', If I'm not mistaken. I also understand the story is complete. Link to comment
Nick Deverill
Chapter 10 ends with the words: To be continued . . . And reads like it too. Where the AD site often scores is the willingness to publish updates to existing stories. As a result, a more polished version can often be found here. Link to comment
Nick Deverill
Chapters 11 and 12 now on Mark's site, and as before, it ends; to be continued. Link to comment
