It was a pleasant surprise to see the next chapter up! As with the first three, it was excellent. I only have two "complaints": 1) Having to wait possibly another month to read the next chapter ... :( 2) I think "Crocodile Rock" would sound very strange with only a guitar accompaniment. This is definitely my favorite story that I'm currently reading ... keep it up!

I really enjoyed this story. Of course, I was a wee bit disappointed that we didn't get to find out what happened after they returned to their 'regular lives,' but sometimes, short & sweet is perfect. I totally fell in love with Kipper ... what a sweetheart! Kudos to Josh! LB

Just read Chapter 10, and, as usual, it didn't disappoint! :D EleCivil is definitely one of the best authors currently on the Net, IMO, and it's just too bad that he can't write/post faster! hehe But, I must admit, the anticipation is all part of the enjoyment! Anyway, WOOT! for Brandon! I'm glad that he's clear on his feelings for Alex now, and with Alex out of the picture (as far as a romantic interest goes, at least) ... that leaves the door open for my favorite preacher's son! It's gonna be hard having to wait a while for Chapter 11, though ... *sigh* *Hugz* Buddha

I'm drooling with anticipation for the next chapter ... literally! I tried reading GFD, but could never really get into it. I'll be sure to read your chapter, though. I'm very curious to see if your unique brand of humor transfers over to such a different kind of story. Should be very interesting! *Hugz* Buddha

I was VERY pleasantly surprised to stumble across Chapter 9 so quickly! And I must say, it was an AWESOME chapter, so kudos to EleCivil for yet another great one! I don't want to give any spoilers, but the ending was a REAL surprise ... and a cliffhanger ... and that means that Chapter 10 had better be out REALLY soon, or else I'll have to ... I dunno ... do something ... And this thing with Nick ... he just keeps popping up randomly and nothing of note really happens ... yet he keeps popping up ... and he's cute, the son of the town's radical preacher ... there's gotta be something there ... would EleCivil just toss in this character and potentially dramatic, tension-filled plot-line just for the fun of it or to mess with our minds??? Anyway, if it turns out that Brandon doesn't want Nick, I'll take him ... I'm already halfway in love with him, and I ain't scared of his dad ... I can quote scripture with the best of 'em ... whoever said a B.A. degree in Religion was totally worthless? hehe

As I'm sure everyone is aware, I totally LOVE all of Josh's stories, and thoroughly enjoyed the first three of "Sealing Our Fate." However, I must admit that I was a little disappointed at Chapter 4 ... it was basically just more of the same of Chapter 3, and I don't feel any kind of "tension" pulling the story forward. No potential drama or conflicts looming on the horizon yet ... it's just two horny teenagers having a love-fest out at their cabin. The first two chapters were great when it came to expressing the inner turmoil and angst of the protagonist, Chapter 3 opened up the dam and let him fulfill his fantasies, but now I feel it's time to move on from that, and I hope we see that in Chapter 5. But I'll definitely keep reading ... Josh has never disappointed me before! :D

I'm really enjoying this story so far ... I'm sure I'll be adding it to my list of favorite stories on my web site, right next to "New Brother," after a few more chapters. Keep up the good work, Graeme! :D

Fiction is fantasy ... so I don't mind a few "fantastic" points here and there. As an author myself, I know the importance of "creative license" or "author's prerogative" all too well. Anyway, keep up the great work, Josh! I'm waiting with baited breath for the next chapter ... it's one of the few pleasures I have in my last days here on Ihla Formosa! :D

Chapter 3 did not disappoint at all in terms of eroticism. All the tension that had been building up in the protagonist's mind during the first two chapters was excellent, like having to take the mother of all leaks, and then finally got the relief it needed in this chapter. Now, with that out of the way, I'm anxious to see how their relationship progresses, and what difficulties they are bound to run in to.

Very excellent chapter! :D I was very proud of Brandon for standing up for himself and wanting to feel "respected" or receive some kind of acknowledgment of what he means to Alex before sleeping with him. I also have to admit that I was a little happy to see Alex have his little "asshole moment," cause I'd really like to see Brandon and "the preacher's son" end up together. I think their senses of humor match up so well together ... it's almost uncanny ... or fate? And of course all the symbolism of being with the fundamentalist's son ... that's always fun. Two thumbs up!

I was very pleasantly surprised when I checked the site and found an all-new story by Josh ... "Sealing Our Fate." And so far, having already devoured the first two chapters, it's looking to be just as great of a ride as "Sea Change" and "The Least of These." Can't wait to read more! :D

I agree. I'm a big fan as well! :D I can't wait until he continues writing "Anomalies," which I hope he'll get back to soon. I was hooked by the end of Chapter 1, and have been disappointed that it seems to have stopped so abruptly at Chapter 3.
