1. James is a great writer. He's one of the few authors I could read all his stuff even if it wasn't a topic that interested me. Twilight was well done and I look forward to catching up on my reading one day in the future. Twilight will be right at the top of my list. (When I first saw this thread I thought "sparkly vampire thread" and was going to write something very biting and nasty....)
2. And a very special THANK YOU to Mr Bruin for educating me. Something many of you have tried before killing yourselves in frustration.
3. Try using The (CODE)(/CODE) tag and replace the paren with a bracket Anything [tag][/tag] and can go here except the actual code tag
4. Ok, how can I make the MultiQuote feature work? Let's say I want to quote third things in one, I assume I click the "MQ" button on the first then the "MQ" on the second then the regular "Q" button on the third. Except it doesn't work. The online help has no directions for this feature. I am vexed.
5. Comes from dealing with the wrong sort.
6. And you said we'd never agree on anything.
7. I had an idea once. I've lost it.
8. No, at your age it's probably beyond your comprehension.
9. I appreciated this very much.
10. Niicely told, I agree. Sadly there are millions of "relationships" just like this.
11. Of course not. It just dribbles down your thighs. :raccoon: :raccoon: :hehe:
12. Trevor didn't change his name. I changed it for him. Just like Cole changes Trevor's underwear, but not as messy.
13. Yes, Trevor is your name now. Everyone will play along or else. Especially Mr. Cole Slaw. Double or else.
14. Who's an armadillo? Did I miss someone?
15. This is why I love Tim. He's classy. Way classier than I am. (And he follows instructions because he's used Trevor's proper name.)
16. I understand what the board did and I support the fact they CAN do it. However their implementation was faulty. Keep in mind all iPhone users (who set their phone up) as well as many MacBook users can track their devices if stolen. My Macbook, if I mark it stolen on a particular internet site, will take a picture of whomever is using it next time it's operated and email that and the IP address to me. So since it's school property they are loaning, their actions are okay BUT they failed to advise students that IF the laptop was reported stolen (or lost) there were automatic consequences. What will come out, sadly, is that some of those instances were not the result of reported lost or stolen machines. Then the admins should be taken out back and shot. That's way over the creepy line. This post is disjointed because I am tired. Sorry if it confuses.
17. Someone smart would have tried to lock the door
18. That'll be quite the improvement. Up from "no respect" Bitch.
19. Great and snarky article. I can't figure out how quoting works on this new version of IPB. I must be growing dumber in my old age. Damn me.
20. Dear Lord. That song brought back memories of some television that hasn't aged well. I have a headache but in spite of it, I'd like to thank everyone for their kind words. Even Cole because we all know his words weren't sincere. He's plotting to do me in with an Oxford Comma. If you find a dead raccoon with an Oxford Coma an his back, it's probably me. And Cole is the perpetrator. Oddly, Trevor remains silent.
21. Thanks to everyone for the welcomes so far. "Okay"?? That remains to be seen. I hope so.
22. I just came back and you're already trying to run me off. The pink shorts were enough. Do you have any idea how silly you look in pink board shorts? Now give me back my undies.....
23. It was a nice gesture until you decided to keep them and shoved them down the front of your bright pink surfer shorts.
