I had made my nominations when I saw someone had nominated 'The Wayward Son' by Dabeagle. I started reading it and after two sleepless nights, I got caught up to Chapter 12. I have to admit that I went back and asked one of my nominations be changed to make sure that this one was included in this years nominees. All of you should take a bow :) I, like others come here often to catch up on my favourite writers that post here. Keep up all the good work!

What a great story Graeme As I read chapter by chapter, I really didn't see how Rick was going to dig himself out the hole he had dug himself. I'd probably say that the situations and the complications of coming clean became more and more complicated with every new chapter. When I knew there was no simple way out of Rick's situation, and only a couple of chapters left to go, you had me hook, line, and sinker. Once again, the simplest way was the best way. By coming clean I believe Rick and Drew will have an even closer friendship. Just even the fact that Drew can see how far Rick was willing to go because of his feelings for Drew was not lost. I'm hoping for a sequel, as there are a lot of questions to be answered still. but for now I am more than content with the ending. Great Job Graeme, take a bow

Another great story Cole, thanks for sharing I have to admit, when I thought of a kid letting his six year old brother watch him do all these things while he just sat there watching, I began to wonder what you were smoking I guess I'm a little slow, until the escape scene I didn't clue in. Hi all my first post here at Awesome Dude and what better place to post then in a thread thanking Cole for another great story I've long been reading his stories and apologize for not letting him know how much I have enjoyed them all. Hopefully this is the start of many more posts to come. As far as Chad's intentions, I always caution myself when reading a Cole story to not make assumptions. Especially when it comes to characters sexuality. Sure Chad got nakid with Marc and popped woodies when doing that as well as wrestling, but what early teenage boy wouldn't. He also seems to be accepting of homosexuals, but really has he said or done anything to indicate that he is actually one himself? I will be anxiously waiting for the next bi weekly update so these answers and more will be answered. Thanks for sharing your talent with us Cole.
