trying to find a story

I know in the story the main character gets a note to go and meet someone who he thinks is gay, but his friends turn it into a joke and the main character jumps  into a pond to kill himself, but a male comes in and rescue him. I can not remember what site I read that on.

Damn. I read that one relatively recently too ((8 months ago)).

I guess you can not remember the name. I also remember that the nurse in the hospital made sure the guy was ok before he took the kid. Then kid who tried to hurt himself contacts his buddy and his new dad is mad and takes the phone away.
