JamesSavik
Now I KNOW that I'm not the only person who loved these stories, teared up at these stories and thought to myself damn- I was like there Dude. Canterbury was so real I could feel it. From KC and the Sunshine Band to bell bottoms, it really took me back to that special time and place. If you are too young to remember the seventies, the closest you'll ever get to being there, short of a time-machine, is reading Freethinker's work. And yes we were hippies dammit but everybody was unless you were a square-head. I've always loved Freethinker's work. Having neglected to read these stories because of the titles unfortunate allusion to a traumatic event in senior English, I was delighted to discover that Freethinker's Canterbury Tales are as delightful as his other work if not even more. Freethinker- YOU ROCK! :headbang: -JS :geek: Quote Link to comment
LittleBuddhaTW
I agree. I'm a big fan as well! :D I can't wait until he continues writing "Anomalies," which I hope he'll get back to soon. I was hooked by the end of Chapter 1, and have been disappointed that it seems to have stopped so abruptly at Chapter 3. Quote Link to comment
