Angry and hurt...and surprised at myself for feeling so.

So the State supreme of Washington has decided that if I marry the person I love, that might cause some straight couple to not marry, have children, or support the children they have in an intelligent way.

I suppose it was too much to ask, wanting a well reasoned and intelligent decision from these people. Looks like we'll just have to do this the hard way--through public opinion and the Legislature. Take a day to grieve, and start working the next, I guess.
