Translation help needed

Is there any one of you out there who is fluent in Spanish who is willing to translate a very long email for my sister, from English to Spanish? I have asked a couple of people, but they are not really fluent enough to do it readily, and need time and effort to look things up in books. I don't want to put anyone to that much trouble, and if one of you is fluent, you can probably do it quickly enough. Neither google or babelfish translation services can deal with it. We know that because the Spanish email coming this way was completely incomprehensible once 'translated'.
