Where is "Donner & Blitzen"?

The new story "Donner & Blitzen Redux - Part 1" opens with a preface that says it is best to have read "Donner & Blitzen" first.  The character names in this new story look familiar, but I can't find "Donner & Blitzen" on Bensiamin's author page.  Anyone know where it went?

You can find it in the Newest Story List about five entries under Donner & Blitzen Redux. Mike does not post things to the author's page until they drop off the home page.
