The Pecman
Very moving story about a young soldier who volunteered for service in the middle-eastern war, and gave his life for his country. Speaking for myself, I hate the war very much, both for the loss of life and the huge drain on our economy, but I'm very grateful for the efforts of guys like this who are this brave, bright, and resourceful to fight for what they believe is right. Andrew was reportedly the first soldier who came out after "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" was repealed and wound up getting killed in combat battle. http://www.cnn.com/2011/US/07/02/gay.soldi...ahrt/index.html I would post the actual story, but it's quite long, and I think it's worth reading on CNN's own site.
