It's interesting to learn that the Russian government is promising no antigay discrimination at the Olympics while those responsible for the current antigay legislation say they are not allowed to stop enforcement of the laws.

It remains to be seen what the Olympic Committee is going to do as this debate heats up. The IOC is all about the money and has been for decades, I have always thought that the sports come in a poor second in their minds.

If I had even thought of attending such a charade I certainly wouldn't go now. I wish the athletes all the best. Just be careful. Big Brother Putin and his minions are watching.
