Interesting Article on Youth from 1976

I enjoy watching news programs and reading articles from the past. I like to see how people thought and acted at different points in our history. I should have been a cultural anthropologist.

While researching a story I am considering that is set in the Bicentennial summer of 1976, I found this article in the archives of New York magazine published June 2, 1976, a fascinating look at ME, or rather my age cohort- eighteen year-olds in 1976, specifically in New York City. It was amazing to compare what he has to say at the time about young people then.

A fascinating snapshot of another time in our history. I love stuff like this.
