vwl
I hate to toot my own horn, but I confess that in rereading Chapter 3 of Jake's Side in preparing it for Take 2 -- a decade after I wrote it -- that I was really pleased with the intensity of the writing, The chapter will appear on July 9. Cole Parker
Chapter 6 has been posted. It so much fun to see the skill involved in telling a story twice and making it just as fresh the second time it's told, and this time by a different person. Not only is it fresh, it's compelling. Great writing. C Link to comment
bi_janus
I've been bouncing back and forth among the original version, take 2, and Jake's Hand. What a great, instructive ride! Link to comment
Cole Parker
The final chapter is up. Anyone waiting for it to finish before beginning, now is the time. A very good read indeed. C Link to comment

vwl
Thanks, everybody, for the kind comments. What is wonderful about writing fiction is to take a true hand incident (but time and place changed) and weave two tales that intersect at the end. In writing, I really enjoyed using two points of view in two interrelated tales. Link to comment
