It has one central point to make, and it makes it with pinpoint accuracy -- just as the folks in the story have one central point to make and likewise make it with pinpoint accuracy. On some kind of "story efficiency" or "surgical strike" scale, this one would rate high, again both as to what happens in the story and in the manner in which the story is told.
