It has to be freeware- NOT shareware and I have to test it and make sure that it is spyware free.

I like Karen Kenworthy's utilities. Karen's Power Tools are freeware, are updated and added to periodically, are 100% stable, and can be downloaded at KarenWare.com.

The ones I use a lot are Clipboard Viewer, Directory Printer, Print Logger, Snooper, and Window Watcher.
