Mormons Under Attack for Anti-Gay Support

Just caught this new website up, courtesy of Perez Hilton:

The site presents some pretty good evidence that, indeed, the Mormon Church did act out of line in supporting several anti-gay marriage proposals across the country.

The site is providing a petition for people to sign, asking the courts to begin taxing the church on the basis that, as a non-profit house of worship, they're not permitted to engage in "direct involvement in campaigns for a specific political office as well as direct lobbying of legislators."

Makes sense to me. Give 'em hell. Hurt 'em where it really counts -- in their wallets. And please pass this message on to others who might be interested.
