Like many authors I don't put a lot of thought into the names I use for my characters...at least I don't make a study of it. I value short names because I dread typing them over and over again. The fact that these names might have some long ago hidden meaning doesn't come to mind, but here we are presented with dozens of names and the history behind them.

Once you accept that you are going to learn something from this story it becomes a delightful piece that often made me smile and be thankful that my name is rather simple. A well conceived plot to present the study of names. Go give it a try.
