Graeme
Ohio ban on gay marriage ruled unconstitional This only applies to whether a marriage outside of the state is recognised within the state when it comes to death certificates, so it doesn't legalise same-sex marriage within Ohio, but it's another logical consequence of the Supreme Court's Windsor decision.
