A recent Arizona Supreme Court decision in a child molestation case raised concerns that parents could be charged simply for changing diapers or bathing their children.

Zealous, rabid, career-climbing prosecutors often will do anything they can to secure a conviction. To leave it to them whether or not to apply a ridiculous law to a defendant is like leaving a block of cheese out for rats under the false impression that their high morals will prevent them from indulging in it.
