Then if the roller skate Police can catch you, they're entitled to double the fine - but only when it's snowing and the sky is pink. Obvious! Link to comment

If they'd said, stationary emergency vehicles I'd understand, but this is plain silly. I think the sign would make sense if you draw a horizontal line across the sign just below the "60 km/h". Then the entire lower part means something sensible: SPEED FINES DOUBLE when passing EMERGENCY VEHICLES Whoever designed the sign needs to go back and retake "Graphics 103, Making Signs Make Sense".
