I've been to Murmansk. Admittedly it was winter, but the summers can't be a lot warmer considering it's within the Arctic circle. Anyway, my point is: it's more than cold - and no one in their right mind would want to spend time mending their cars... Unless there's an ulterior motive.

Vodka and pickles don't cut it, in my book.
