dude
For those of you who were having difficulty following Brian Roberson's After the Move posted a chapter a week as a novel... we've reformatted it as a short story and it turns out to be - as you might expect from Brian - an exceptional and unusual story. As protagonist Telly moves through this story... just what exactly was happening and why ... especially when spaced out over small instalments a week a part- is confusing, unclear at best. I am sure you'll enjoy and appreciate this story, however, if you read it in a single sitting. We've re posted it at the top of the Newest Short Stories for you. Lugnutz
One thing is for sure, Brian's stories are not boring. Your brain tries thinking of the who's, why's and wherefores and ties it in a knot. In the end all will be known. Good stuff. Link to comment
Jeff Ellis
That was a remarkable ride. Thank you Brian! If I can get away with saying That J.J.Janicki's work reminds me of James Joyce at times, then I can try my luck by saying that this is Waiting for Godot for the post-nuclear age. A really remarkable achievement. Link to comment
