Okay, so America has some strange and disturbing laws, but Canada is quickly moving up the list. Does anyone think this is anything but a deranged French idea? What's next, foie gras with the kibble?

This law hasn't passed yet, you folks in Canada still have time to write your politicians who seem to have nothing better to accomplish. I want you to know the border is still open in case you need to smuggle your language impaired dog over to our side where you will never see a moronic law like this passed.
