Charlie's tutorial on how to make tea doesn't jibe with what I've read before. Besides, what he's drinking doesn't really sound like English tea, but more like tea-flavored sweetened milk.

But maybe I'm just not understanding it right. If he wants to come over and give me private lessons, I'd be OK with that.
