Merkin
"The Outlaw of the Broads" is a delight all the way through. It not only is a truly inspiring 'feel-good' story, it has a lot to teach us about a little-known (to me) part of the English countryside and its equally little-known (to me) issues with eggs and drunken revelers. I am glad it took the thought of missing out on contributing to this fine Turning Twenty collection to flush Bruin out of the reeds to track his muddy Wellingtons through the house and back to his keyboard. Any thoughts of a sequel, Bruin? 1 Link to comment

Also, I love that you took the waterways theme from your 'Turning Ten' and moved to the Norfolk Broads. Very apt. Link to comment
Bruin Fisher
Thank you guys for your kind comments. Very glad you liked the story and yes, I think Tom and Vlad should get a chapter 2. Whether I can manage it will depend on my lazy-arse muse. And a pair of muddy wellingtons, of course. Link to comment
