ChrisR
Some kids seem to get all the luck, though moms seem universal: http://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/real-life/wtf/russian-schoolboy-wins-competition-to-live-with-porn-star-who-says-sex-is-a-possibility/news-story/8fa071a13d8da600d6b1627d92d4285c#itm=newscomau%7Chome%7Cnca-homepage-network-most-popular-newscomau%7C1%7Cschoolboy-wins-month-with-porn-star%7Chomepage%7Chomepage&itmt=1456433453665 Quote Link to comment
Cole Parker
Under the rule of the competition, Ruslan can pass on the prize to an “official representative” — meaning his father. But unsurprisingly his mum is against this too. Quote Link to comment

JamesSavik
This is really in appropriate. People are giving this kid high 5s and congratulating him for getting together with a str8 p0rn star. On the other hand a 14 year old hooked up with a gay p0rn Star in the US using a gay hookup app. see: http://www.gaystarnews.com/article/gay-porn-star-found-guilty-for-raping-14-year-old-boy That is considered rape even when the boy initiated to encounter. Please take note of the really ugly double standard. Quote Link to comment
ChrisR
I honestly don't see any comparison here. In a number of countries, 16 is the legal age of consent. There may be some where it is 14, but I'm not aware of any, particularly when the other "participant" is considerably over that age. The actor appears somewhat intimidating compared to a 14yo boy so I suspect it would be easy to establish a condition of intimidation. Add to that the actor's HIV status and reckless endangerment of a child would go as well. On the other hand, if our Russian winner is smart, he'll offer his slot (or should that be a "u"?) to Vlad Putin and see if that might be a wise career move. Quote Link to comment
Cole Parker
Yes,I agree, Chris, there's no comparison at all. In Russia, a boy won a contest. There's been no consummation of any sexual liaisons. In the U.S., there was a consummation, it was illegal, and there will be a jail sentence. C Quote Link to comment
Chris James
I laughed when I read about this contest. Just what every parent wants for their son...a porn star. Something like this would not fly in the U.S., and I guess it seems odd that there are not screams coming from the Orthodox Christian community there in Russia. If the boy thinks this will make him a man he is sadly mistaken, it may put a cramp in any dating he might think about with his peer group. Quote Link to comment
