Rutabaga
This was posted as part of the 2013 Halloween collection and is now a pick from the past. I can't locate any earlier thread for it. It's a great story but it ends too soon -- we need more! R Link to comment
Graeme
There wasn't an earlier thread just for the story, but it was mentioned several times in the 2013 Halloween Collection thread. It's a great story that I would have loved to seen expanded into a novella or even a novel. Link to comment
Merkin
Thanks, fellas. "Little Dog, Big Dog" was the result of one of those situations where the first six paragraphs or so had been kicking around in a drawer for ages, then the Hallowe'en challenge came along and I hauled it out and rather quickly (for me) fleshed out a storyline to meet the deadline. Once I got to the place where I could wrap the hallowe'en tie-in I stopped, posted, and put it back in the drawer. I agree it is half-done and needs more attention, like a lot of stuff in that drawer. Link to comment
Cole Parker
We'd all like a peek in your drawers, James. Link to comment
Rutabaga
I'd like it if the manner in which Jamie & Robert dealt with their nemesis was not so quick and decisive, but rather required more steps and planning (and probably setbacks) as they attempted to carry out their plans. And of course there is the mystery of Mr. Oliver. R Link to comment
