Cole Parker
I don't read Russian, and so this work is a mystery to me. But it's very nice, and the soloist is a great surprise. Quote Link to comment
TomC
Beautiful! According to the comments on the Youtube page, this is Bells of Dawn, poem by Pushkin and music by Sviridov. The soloist is Aleksey Mikhailov and this is Choir of Boys of the Choir School by I.M.I. Glinka (St. Petersburg). I don't read Russian, either, so this is only as correct as the commenters! Cole Parker
Great. Was the on-stage soloist what you expected? Ha ha ha. C Quote Link to comment

dude
Both soloists were great! I've been following these kids for several weeks. There are several pieces by them on YouTube. Who'd a thunk? Mike Quote Link to comment
