Geoffrey Landis
Posting a link to my flash "Abd Al Muqeet," just up on Mobius: the journal of social change. 'Abd Al Muqeet -- Geoff Quote Link to comment
Trab
I can't tell if that is uplifting or depressing, but whichever it is, it is certainly thought provoking. Quote Link to comment
Bruin Fisher
Well, I didn't find it uplifting, certainly. But I did find it very powerful, compulsive writing. I felt I was there in the heat and the dust and the despair. Life really is like that for countless people in Iraq and other countries, in the Middle East and elsewhere. It is rare that a short piece brings that fact to our attention so clearly, persuasively. Excellent writing, Geoffrey. Quote Link to comment
Camy
Excellent writing, Geoffrey. Absolutely ... but then he has won a Hugo and a Nebula, so it's not entirely surprising! #Bird falls flat on his face in awe# How's that for tremulous insouciance? http://www.geoffreylandis.com/ Quote Link to comment
Merkin
Thanks for the link, Camy. Geoffrey claims a 'secret life' as a poet, but it's flashy enough for me to have seen his signals in the sky from afar. James Quote Link to comment
