This guy has been on the Howard Stern Show promoting his medical condition. At that time, a doctor advised it would probably cost upwards of $1,000,000 to remove the growth, give the guy at least 3 months of aftercare, stop any possible infection, and get him back to health. The story of how and why it got so bad in the first place is a bizarre insurance problem where the guy kept bouncing back and forth between two different hospitals, and officials at each hospital kept sending him to a different specialist. Within a year, a 5-pound growth mushroomed to 100 pounds.

The guy is pretty weird, and seems to be enamored of his fame and notoriety.
