Trab
Checkout Check Out By Trab As I moved up to the checkout at the grocery store, I couldn?t help but notice the striking young man scanning the purchases. Obviously of mixed ancestry, he had skin that was blemish free and glowed with an inner vitality. His dark hair hung loosely over his forehead, highlighting his striking green eyes. His smile, when he looked at me, did things to me that are just not proper, considering our age difference. Frankly, I was stunned. ?Hello, Bart,? I heard from behind me. Turning quickly, a bit embarrassed at looking at the lad a bit too intently, I saw Le-Anne, the landlady at my former apartment. ?My son sure has grown up, hasn?t he,? she continued, pointing to the gorgeous young man. ?Makes you feel your age, when you can remember seeing him in diapers.? ?Uh. Yes?Nice to see you again.? I quickly paid up and headed out the door, never looking back, my own skin now glowing as well. Copyright by Trab 2008. All rights reserved. Link to comment
