Cole Parker
You Englishers prolly don't got groundhog day like we do. Prolly a more effete hedgehog day, an' those critters prolly don't come out in the sun no matter what, bein' shy like most Englishers. That's why you have all this cold lingerin'. Critters afraid of their own shadows and whatnot. C [sorry about that. Luggie made me do it!] Link to comment
Lugnutz
[sorry about that. Luggie made me do it!] Shush, that was supposed to be our secret. Link to comment

Camy
Don't believe either of them. That's Cole and Luggie, in case you weren't sure. "Argh, It's them Luggies and them Coles at it again. I'd never have thunk it," he fibbed, sagely, just in case they were listening in with their fearful listening in devices. "Yup, spring's just around the corner, mayhaps." Confused? No? colinian
It's going to be in the high 70's to low 80's here in Berkeley today. What happened to our rain? And to the snow in the Sierra? Gone somewhere else, unfortunately. Arggh! Colin Link to comment
Lugnutz
It rained so much here, I thought someone was building a boat. Link to comment
E.J.
Spring is here in Atlanta. The pollen count yesterday (anything over 500 is considered extremely high) was 8023. I think the allergy center needs to come up with some new adverbs when the numbers are this high. Link to comment
Jeff Ellis
We have had lovely weather in the East of England for the last week. South winds... gorgeous. Mostly our weather comes from the west... if it were allowed to! The BBC style manual forbade the weather men the phrase "Better weather is coming from the west" and variants based on "from the west". They had thought it through, and as all our weather (except this week's) comes from the west they feared that it would become a cliche and would render them figures of fun... we Brits do hate it so when folks make fun of us... sigh. Merkin
I thought you Brits no longer prevented anything from crossing your borders at will -- except for dogs, of course. Link to comment
FreeThinker
"By Jove, I say! That storm's coming from... well, the opposite direction of east!" "Keep calm and carry on, dear. The kettles on the boil." Link to comment
