Ooh, thanks guys for your kind comments. This is a much grittier story than I usually write, and the subject matter is 'sleazier' and made me uncomfortable to write. But I thought it was worth writing, and I'm delighted (and relieved) that you guys agree.

I think when I wrote those two stories I was feeling particularly annoyed with religions that set unrealistic standards of morality for their adherents (especially when their leaders don't succeed in living according to those standards). Thanks everyone for reassuring me that they were readable, didn't make you vomit...
